A suitable mounting bracket must match the outdoor unit’s weight, base dimensions and installation requirements. Our Type 1 air conditioner bracket provides two configurations for buyers sourcing mounting components for mini split installations.
The bracket features steel construction and a powder-coated finish. Preinstalled connecting bolts reduce assembly preparation, while the supplied bolts and rubber pads form part of the installation package.
We supply Type 1 brackets for HVAC distributors, equipment buyers and installation projects. Send your required size and outdoor unit information so we can confirm the appropriate configuration and included components.

Dimension orientation and mounting-hole details should be checked against the product drawing. Container quantities are planning references and must be reconfirmed for the agreed packaging.
Use the outdoor unit’s actual weight when reviewing bracket suitability. Confirm the applicable installation rating and conditions for the selected bracket.
A laboratory or maximum loading figure should not be treated as the allowable equipment weight unless its meaning and conditions have been verified.
Compare the unit’s foot positions, mounting-hole spacing and base dimensions with the bracket drawing. The unit must fit the support arrangement without improvised extensions or unsupported mounting points.
Maintain the clearances specified by the air conditioner manufacturer. Account for airflow, servicing access, pipe connections and drainage when planning the bracket position.
The supporting structure and selected fixings must be suitable for the installation. Supplied hardware should be checked for compatibility with the actual mounting surface and project requirements.
BTU rating alone is not sufficient to determine bracket compatibility.
Type 1 brackets are offered with cold-pressed steel or galvanized steel configurations. Confirm the required material and finished specification when requesting a quotation.
The powder-coated surface provides the external finish of the bracket. For coastal, highly humid or other demanding environments, submit your corrosion-protection requirements for review.
During handling and installation, inspect the coating and follow the agreed instructions for any damaged areas. Material and coating options should be selected for the intended exposure conditions.
Preinstalled connecting bolts help organize the bracket assembly and reduce loose connecting components during preparation.
The listed accessory package includes:
Connecting bolts.
Installation bolts.
Rubber pads.
Confirm the final parts list, quantities and fixing specifications with the order. Rubber pads should be positioned according to the assembly instructions; they do not replace secure mechanical fastening.
Before use, check component orientation, alignment and fastening against the supplied instructions. Complete the installation according to the equipment manufacturer’s requirements and the applicable site conditions.
For quotation, identify Type 1 Size 1 or Size 2 and provide the required quantity, material preference and delivery destination.
If you require specific carton labels, packing quantities or documentation, include these details with the inquiry. Packaging arrangements, minimum order quantity and lead time will be confirmed before order placement.
For technical review, send the outdoor unit model, weight, base dimensions and mounting-hole spacing. A drawing is helpful when the equipment has unusual mounting requirements.
How do I choose between Size 1 and Size 2?
Check the outdoor unit’s weight, base dimensions and mounting-hole positions against the selected bracket specification. Confirm the installation conditions before ordering.
Can I select the bracket using the air conditioner’s BTU rating?
No. BTU ranges are a reference. Unit weight, foot spacing, bracket dimensions and mounting conditions must also be checked.
Are installation accessories included?
The listed package includes connecting bolts, installation bolts and rubber pads. Confirm the exact parts and fixing specifications with your quotation.
What is the purpose of the preinstalled bolts?
They reduce the connecting work needed during assembly. Final alignment and fastening must still follow the installation instructions.
Is galvanized steel available?
Galvanized steel is listed as a material option. Confirm availability for the selected size and your required finish before ordering.
What information is needed for a bulk quotation?
Provide the bracket size, quantity, material requirements, packaging instructions and destination. Include outdoor unit details if you need a compatibility review.
